St Monica’s on Hoxton Square is an oasis of calm tucked away in cutting-edge Shoreditch. Statues of Saint Augustine and Saint Monica stand to the left and right of the high altar, waiting to greet all visitors.
Our beautiful church is a grade II listed 19th-century church which was designed by renowned architect Edward Welby Pugin and was built between 1864 - 1866.
